Solution Review template  for product teams

👥 This is a 1h long solution review template for product teams, who want to gather feedback and ideas from a wider audience.

🌟 The goal of it is to offer a time and place for wider teams to voice their feedback and ideas, to create visibility within teams working on different topics, and to help improve solutions with feedback.

🌱 The template is most useful at the stage of the process where there already is a solution, or several solutions, to a problem. The solution presented during this review might be user-facing, technical, or really anything that hopes to solve a problem.

⭐️ Why we created this template

In Pipedrive, we work in larger teams called tribes, which usually consist of a few product managers, product designers, and engineers, all working on one product area together. These tribes run projects, or missions, as we call them, where there is one PM, one designer, and 3-6 engineers, who have to deliver a solution to a customer problem. In our case, this setup created a situation, where the tribe didn't have a place to get their ideas and feedback about the autonomous mission team's solutions heard. And at the same time, the mission team missed out on valuable insights to improve their solutions with. Thus, solution reviews were born to create alignment between these two groups.
