The design principles workshop provides a proven workflow for deriving design principles for an organisation and its products.
It takes up 120 minutes and is designed for 5-8 participants (not including the moderator).
The goal of this workshop is to derive design principles for the organization and its product(s). We will go through several practical exercises that build on each other, with the goal of obtaining between 3 to 5 clearly formulated design principles.
Between 5 and 8 people from different disciplines and hierarchies should participate in these exercises to get the most comprehensive view. Each participant should be given enough time in the exercises to share their thoughts. This becomes especially relevant when the number of recommended participants is exceeded.
