WHAT?

This tool provides a framework for a short workshop that helps to create a shared understanding of the problem that will be the starting point for the joint project. The three alternatives (A, B, or C) depend on the amount of time the public sector can invest.

WHO?

This tool aims at service design educators, students and the public sector.

WHEN?

The tool is particularly useful at the start of a collaborative project between your service design university and a public sector partner.

WHY?

The purpose of this tool is to help create a shared understanding of the problem and the relevant stakeholders to be addressed in the collaborative project.

OUTCOME

The aim of the workshop is for everyone to have a common understanding of what the problem is, what the purpose and values of the project are, who the stakeholders and target groups are.
