WHAT?

This tool provides you with a framework for introducing the public sector to service design and familiarizing them with the characteristics, advantages, and possible formats of collaboration.

WHO?

This tool is aimed at service design educators who are involved in and responsible for facilitating public sector collaborations.

WHEN?

The tool is particularly useful when planning a collaboration between your service design university and a public sector partner.

WHY?

Public sector organizations often have little knowledge or experience of service design. This tool helps to bring together the most important information about service design in the form of presentation slides. This presentation can be used to familiarize public sector partners with the process, perspective and possibilities of service design projects.

OUTCOME

This tool helps you to quickly create a presentation that introduces service design and the opportunities and reasons for collaboration to the public sector.

Each slide of the presentation can be built individually from predefined elements that act as suggestions. You will find blank slides where you can drag and drop elements to create slides. Of course, you can customize all the elements and add information.
