Scrum Team Template

This one board template includes everything necessary to create and manage the Scrum artifacts (Sprint Backlog and Product Backlog). Visualization is the key to each Scrum artifact so this is intended to replace the ticket tracker you are currently using. I also included my two main go-to facilitation activities for judging PBi value to help the Product Owner prioritize.
