What?
Using as a basis the idea of famous games such as: "Banco Imobiliário", "Monopoly", "Bankrupt", "Rento", we created a playful dynamic of Sprint Retrospective focused on the daily lives of teams, focusing on the products that the teams operate.
Who?
Teams of different sizes, serving both to perform an icebreaker and to assist in learning the contents of your company's products.
When?
Engage the team with products/projects, along with Scrum concepts.
Rules
The game will have a maximum duration of 30 consecutive minutes.
Each investor will start with an amount of $200 AstroOrbit (name created according to the product platform).
Each time the investor goes to play, Hero Bank (Scrum Master/Facilitator) will use the link in the dice image (link available below).
Each investor is responsible for moving the pin with their respective name.
When the investor lands on a buyable house, Hero Bank will withdraw the required amount from their wallet and highlight it with the color of the investor's pin.
When the investor lands on the "Luck/Revés" box, Hero Bank will access the link in the corresponding image. Questions answered correctly will be disregarded later when an investor draws the same card.
When the investor is asked to pay something, Hero Bank will withdraw the required amount from their wallet.
When the investor has to receive something, Hero Bank will deposit the necessary amount in his wallet.
When an investor has to pay "Rent", the debtor investor must move the necessary amount to the favored investor.
With each pass through the "Beginning", each investor must receive $50 AstroOrbit from Hero Bank.
At the end of the 30 minutes, the investor with the highest acquired equity (Amount of money in the portfolio and assets acquired) will be considered the winner.
Dynamics
The traditional names of streets, avenues, neighborhoods, industries were replaced by names related to the products that the teams operate.
