This template is suited for retrospective workshops. Filled with a number of activities, this template aims to let users reflect on what happened a year back, evaluate, and brainstorm possibilities and opportunities for the future in a fun and collaborative way! The retrospective activities include:

Who
This template is ideally made for a small team of 6-8 people, in consideration of effective collaboration and to make sure everyone feels included within the event.
When
Ideally, this template was made to look back at every event or project that happened 12 months back. It could also be implemented at the end of a specific project, but the retrospective graph need be adjusted to fit the number of months.
How
Instructions of each activity is given directly on the board, but in its execution, a facilitator would be ideal to guide through the activities and make sure the workshop takes up an appropriate amount of time.
