Individuals or teams can use this board to reflect on the different areas of the process they are active in. The visualization helps people to clearly see if there are discrepancies between the work they *feel* responsible for and the work they are supposed to be held accountable for.
Teams can use these to investigate if any gaps exist in their role distribution, and adapt accordingly. Usually, in the absence of a single point of contact for a certain process area, various team members pick up the slack to the best of their ability. While this is to be applauded, it generally results in overloaded teams.
