Redundancy Job Workstreams

This grid is designed to help you if you have been laid off or if you think you will be laid off.

The template is set up for someone in the IT Industry in a Customer Success, Project Management, or Operations role, but it can be used for all job types.

Step 1

Review the example to identify the different Job Categories or Workstreams that are relevant to you. E.g., Contracting, Side Hussle, etc

Step 2

Brainstorm the Job roles within that Job category that you can do.

Step 3

Use the Star shapes to identify two things:

1. Does this role pay you enough

2. Does this role excite you?

Step 4

Review the results and start to target the roles that will pay enough and excite you.
