Ramen Retrospective

Report

This is a retrospective dedicated to all Ramen lovers out there!!

This retro board touches on pertinent Sprint Retro key points such as "What went well, Shoutouts, Roadblocks, How can we improve, and so on. Retro kicks off with an icebreaker, an activity to check mood, and ends with an executable table of action items. Tip! Play some music in the background while the team is writing the notes.

Ice Breaker

Build your ramen bowl:

Looking for a great team-building exercise?! Here it is. Let your teammates create their own perfect Ramen. This is a fun-filled activity to get to know each other a little better and learn how to use Miro in a fun way?!

Instructions:

The activity takes about 5 minutes and 2 minutes to explain the rules.

  • Set a timer and allow each member of the team to put their name in the box under "Build your own ramen section."

  • Drag and drop an ingredient they would like on their Ramen from the "Select your ingredient" section.

  • Once the timer is up, open the floor for discussion about the options selected by the team members, and know them a little better.

  • Copy/paste bowls for more participants.

Mood Check:

Get a feel of how the sprint was for your teammates with this activity

Instructions:

The activity takes about 2 minutes and 1 minute to explain the rules.

  • Set a timer and allow each member of the team to place an emoji corresponding to the mood they had during the last sprint.

  • Mild = Great

  • Medium = Good

  • Hot = Okay

  • Extra = Could have been better
