Puppy Training & Activity Log

Use this template to help you stay accountable and make sure your pup is receiving the daily mental and physical enrichment they need to live a happy, balanced life!

1. Add in dates to the top row of your weekly log

2. Copy the stickies from the activity bank and paste them into their respective areas each day

3. Make notes of any changes in behavior (positive or negative!) or new things you learn about your pup

4. Raising a puppy is hard! Be sure to take time each week to reflect on your wins and focus areas for future weeks

You can also export this board as a PDF and print it out. Stick it on your fridge so that you don't forget to update it!

Feel free to make this your own by customizing it with stickers and emojis, photos of your pup, or adding new activity options to the bank.
