WHAT?

This tool helps to understand the maturity of the public sector organization in relation to service design. According to the identified maturity, appropriate steps can be taken to ensure a successful collaboration.

WHO?

This tool aims at service design educators that are involved in public sector collaborations.

WHEN?

The tool can be used in the beginning of the collaboration, when there are uncertainties in relation to the maturity of service design.

WHY?

Different levels of knowledge and experience with service design require different actions and approaches within the collaboration. The matrix helps to identify possible knowledge gaps.

OUTCOME

The aim of the tool is to determine the maturity of the public sector organisation, which can be used to identify possible next steps, with the overall aim of designing the projects with consideration of the maturity required for the collaboration project.
