Oregon Trail: The Retro- Ford the river and don't die of dysentery!

Standard Retro format:

  • Fun Icebreaker: Have your team decide what player they would want to be or as a fun twist have the members decide who each other should play as

  • Cross the river and discuss where the team could have made better or different choices

  • Go hunting for what went well

  • Who/what died of dysentery during the sprint? Consider where things went wrong

  • Successfully make it to Oregon and praise your teammates for outstanding contributions and making the trip more enjoyable
