Onboarding People
This template is created to you who's working with onboarding employees/consultants. You can use it on a team/deparment/company level depending on your case. The idea behind this template is to have a transparency of the different actions from the preparations to the onboarding.
The board can be followed up by the hiring managers, team leaders, scrum masters, HR or just anyone who's involved in the onboarding process.
Examples are added in the board and post it notes should be adjusted to your needs.
