Naruto Sprint Retrospective

The Naruto Sprint Retrospective is a thematic dynamic that mixes fun and reflection, inspired by the anime universe to engage the team in a light and creative way. The activity begins with an icebreaker in the form of a challenge: each person receives a puzzle with a character's image and has 5 minutes to assemble — whoever completes it first wins. We then do a mood check-in, where each member shares how they felt in the last sprint. Then, we move on to the validation of the improvement actions proposed in previous sprints, evaluating what was put into practice. The central part of the retrospective is dedicated to collective reflection, with questions about what worked well, what didn't, learnings, current concerns, and the definition of new action items. Finally, we have feedback time, a moment of sincere exchange between members, strengthening communication and team collaboration.
