Minnesota State Fair Retrospective

In this Minnesota State Fair–themed retrospective, the team will reflect on the sprint using fair-inspired prompts to spark conversation and keep things fun.

The scrum team celebrates the “simple but great” wins (like food on a stick), calls out moments where they felt stuck “waiting in line,” and identify areas that got a little messy and need cleanup. They’ll award a “blue ribbon” to teammates who went above and beyond, and examine where they got the best deal on effort vs. impact - as well as where we spent time but didn’t see much return.

This lighthearted fair theme helps recognize achievements, surface challenges, and plan improvements together.
