WHAT?

This tool helps to create a common language within your collaborative project between service design universities and public sector partners.

WHO?

This tool is aimed at service design educators, students, and public servants who are involved in public sector collaborations.

WHEN?

It is useful to use this tool at the beginning of the collaborative project to define a first set of terms. It is a tool that grows over time as the collaboration progresses.

WHY?

The aim of this tool is to help create a common language between the partners. It also aims to raise awareness of the use of specialized language, which can make cooperation difficult, especially in cases where one partner may not be aware that they are using a specialized language.

OUTCOME

This tool helps you create a common language by helping to define terms that may be unfamiliar to the public sector or service design partner.
