Icebreaker - Out of the ZOO

Report

What is this board about?

Breaking the Ice. Break out of the Zoo. Funny animal Pictures describe how the members of the meeting feel. In quite a few meetings, I was bored with their Icebreakers or games. Most of them feel like a joke, which only makes you cough and grin. I`m pretty sure this one will break the Ice.

How can it be used?

The board is split into 2 parts:

1. Check how Everyone feels

You start the session and ask everyone to choose an avatar that reflects their emotions that day. To be sure everyone gets it right, the avatar should be placed inside the coordinate system. Here we check the "Motivation" and the "Mood" of all the members.

2. Check what could improve their feeling

After we make sure how everyone feels right now, we want to know what could improve the situation of everyone. Depending on the meeting, it can be a serious description of what could improve the feeling regarding the Meeting agenda. Or the members just write whatever would bring them up, starting from "Ice-Cream" to "Sitting on a private beach." The meeting owner can decide which way it goes.

Working Together

After the Icebreaker, you can see a KANBAN Board in which you can start working. This is more of an example; every project manager knows how to put an individual, specialized way of working together. So it`s more of a placeholder, but of course, it can be used if it meets your demands.
