ICE Prioritisation Matrix

This template is about prioritising product features based on effort, impact and risk. It helps achieve clarity for product managers to choose the best thing to build.

Step 1. Add the features that are being prioritised

Step 2. Choose a score between 1 and 3 for each of the features for impact, certainty and effort

Step 3: Multiply the scores. The higher the score, the higher the priority. The scores are multiplied to make it easier to differentiate one option over another.
