Hunt the Insights Retrospective

Goal: Uncover hidden learnings, celebrate surprise wins, and surface what's been overlooked—all through a playful Easter egg hunt.

Prep virtual or physical “eggs”—each one hiding a reflection question.

Format: Hide “Easter eggs” (either physical or virtual post-its) around the room with different reflection prompts inside. You could use the fillable eggs with a piece of paper in it .

In a virtual setting use this board to revel the eggs

4. What’s something we cracked but didn’t hatch fully?

How to Run It:

1. Let team members “pick” an egg one at a time (or randomly assign).

2. Read the prompt aloud.

3. Group reflects and discusses.
