This activity is the Values Quick-Start adapted from the book Great Mondays, this exercise helps you identify your values based on behaviors.

When to Use.

⛰️ Your People Need Guidance – Declare what success looks like with behavioral expectations.

📈 Your Headcount Has Surpassed 50 – Successful scaling requires systems; values codify what is most important.

How to Use.

**For smaller companies**

1️⃣ You will run through the Perfect Presenter Activity. Here you choose two people alive or dead, real or fictitious that you think represent your company. Then you identify attributes in them that you admire.

2️⃣ Next, you will refine your values that came out of those attributes using the values framework.

**For larger companies**

1️⃣ You’ll work through the Culture All-Stars Activity. Here you choose 2 amazing colleagues that you would consider a Culture All-Star. Then you identify specific behaviors that exemplify why you selected that person.

2️⃣ Next, you will refine your values that came out of those attributes using the values framework.

Tips!

🤝 Work with your team — If you work with your team we recommend a Max of 10 participants.

↪️ Don't have a team? Just you? — That's ok! You can adapt these activities to do on your own.
