God of War Sprint Retrospective

In this retrospective, we'll take inspiration from the God of War universe to reflect on our sprint. Just as Kratos faces his challenges with courage and determination, we also face obstacles, learn from mistakes, and celebrate the team's victories. To start, we'll have a fun icebreaker: each person will draw Kratos in a different situation — it could be him at work, facing a bug, running late for the daily, or even taking a vacation. The idea is to have a good laugh, get in the mood and unleash creativity. After that, we continue with the ceremony to look at what worked well, what can be improved and how we want to continue evolving as a team. Let's take advantage of this moment to strengthen our connection, adjust strategies and prepare for the next challenges with team spirit and the attitude of true warriors.
