This canvas is a space for you to easily track your food, fluids, and feelings week by week. Some might call it a food diary, but it's about much more than just food.

You might choose to track your emotions throughout the day. You might want to see if your commute affects your mental health. Do you tend to snack more when you stay up late? Are your headaches related to sugar, screen time or lack of sleep? And how does your hydration affect your, ahem, bowel movements?

When you measure and benchmark these things, you can understand them better and start to change them.

This template is perfect for you if:

  • You want to track what you eat and drink each day

  • You need to monitor daily functions, from blood sugars and bowel movements to dizziness and migraines

  • You need to gather evidence for a nutritionist, dietitian or physician

Each day of the week, there's space for you to:

  • Add in any medications you take or treatments you do
