Facilitation Canvas

This is a Miro Template of the Facilitation canvas created by Anthony Boobier.

The goal of the facilitation canvas is to help identify the purpose and agenda to run a facilitated session.

• As a facilitator, it helps to guide a conversation with different stakeholders like team members and clients in order to frame the session and co-design an agenda.

• It can also be used as a tool to present a proposal for a facilitation.

Instructions:

• Use the canvas to guide the conversation. Encourage others to add notes and thoughts as well.

• Start with purpose but then move though the prompts in any order.

• Place stickies under each section as a reminder and confirmation of the conversation and agreements made.

• Iterate through the canvas reading the whole story to build upon.
