As a facilitator, it helps to guide a conversation with different stakeholders like team members and clients in order to frame the session and co-design an agenda.
It can also be used as a tool to present a proposal for a facilitation.
Instructions:
Use the canvas to guide the conversation. Encourage others to add notes and thoughts as well.
Start with purpose but then move though the prompts in any order.
Place stickies under each section as a reminder and confirmation of the conversation and agreements made.
Iterate through the canvas reading the whole story to build upon.
