2. Set a timer for everyone to add suggestions for DOR Step 1.1 and DOR Step 1.2

3. Have a discussion and move the suggestions to DOR Step 2

4. Set a timer for everyone to add suggestions for DOD Step 1.1 and DOD Step 1.2

5. Have a discussion and move the suggestions to DOD Step 2

1. Adjust DOR according to 'Must Have'

2. Adjust DOD according to 'Now'

3. Regularly check and adjust the 'Nice To Have', 'Next' and 'Later'

4. Keep the DOR & DOD updated according to your team's needs
