Day Hackathon With Design Thinking

I mixed the idea of the Hackathon and Design Thinking to create an easy to use template for any Development Team. I didn't suggest a specific time, but as a minimum it has to be a day's work if you want to deliver something valuable at the end of the day. This template was tested by my team and we had fun and delivered a feature at the end of the day.
