Steps:

Ahead of your interviews, list all the questions you have.

  2. Map the questions to user journey steps

  3. Choose 1 question to dig into

  4. Define the interview goal

  5. Filter users who are suitable for interviews

  6. Prepare research questions

  7. Translate to interview questions - Ask facts

  8. Send out invitations - Automated

  9. Interviews - take snapshots

  10. Analyze
