Early Stage Startup Idea Validation

As every entrepreneur knows — ideas are cheap. To understand which startup ideas you should invest more resources in and which ideas to discontinue, you'll need to experiment and validate your hypothesis. Over the last five years, I've worked with many startups to understand which ideas are worth investing in. What's I've learn is that if you run multiple experiments, you'll need a process. I find using this template is great way to visualise the process and present the outcomes and results of your validation. When done in Miro, all the experiments are kept in one place and can keep an eye on the big picture.
