This board is made after running 4 months of research on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging at fintech-unicorn Pleo, where we learnt what it takes to build a truly inclusive organisation.

By using this template you will be able to set a strategy, and find out how to solve for specific communities within your organisation.

This is good for anyone who is building Belonging at organisations - whether you're part of an Employee Resource Group, are in People, or are trying to build Belonging in your team, or advising others on how to build it - you should find this useful!
