Build a Charcuterie Board

Who doesn't love a charcuterie board and some friendly competition? This activity combines the two as participants work in teams to build the best charcuterie board.

How to:

1. Each team gets a board - their working space

   • (Pro tip: use Teams Breakout rooms to randomly allocate participants into groups)

2. Teams can use any items from the pantry plus any 3 "external" items (like images from Google) to build their charcuterie board.

3. Start the timer for 5-7 minutes and start building!

4. At the end of the allocated time, have a representative from each team present their board to everyone.

5. Have everyone vote for the best board. Each person gets one vote and cannot use it to vote for their own team. The team with the highest number of votes wins.

   • Prizes are optional but recommended if possible. We've offered charcuterie boards and grocery gift cards for charcuterie supplies for our winning team in the past.
