How to build a persona during a user interview
1. Tailor the questions to fit your project
2. During a user interview, take notes using the sticky notes in the template
3. Once finished, you will have a full user persona based on real feedback!
4. Feel free to use the notes for feedback mapping and workshops with your team :)
Pro tip: after interviewing a few users, you can collect the "Pain point" notes from all personas, and start grouping it to find the most common issues. Same with "opportunities" and so on.
