This assessment is based on the work of Al Shalloway on Value Stream Impedance Scorecard and Factors for Effective Value Streams. Intended users of this assessment are:

Agile Transformation Coaches and Consultants, DA Value Stream Consultants, Enterprise Transformation Coaches and Consultants from Agile Consulting firms.

I led the Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant (DAVSC) Workshop and tested the initial version of this assessment as a part of it.
