The goal of this board is to support cross-functional project teams. By aligning the timelines the different communities use in their own best practices and by sharing their different vocabularies, we hope to foster more efficient collaboration, which in return will INCREASE THE CHANCE OF PROJECT SUCCESS.
Besides the timelines, the board also provides six topics for discussion for newly formed cross-functional teams. Defining the team's values, goals, and ways of working together is key to SUCCESSFUL COLLABORATION.
