This workshop is designed to reflect on your agile maturity with the aim of defining concrete steps for improvement

You can execute this on your own as an agile leader or together as a team.

How to:

1. Choose the area you want to reflect on

2. Tick all statements you agree with

3. Consider measures to improve for all statements you haven't ticked. Try to define concrete, small steps that really bring you forward.

4. Go through the areas one by one. Skip whatever is not suitable for your situation.
