If the answers to these questions are important to you and your team, come join us to play “Up for Adoption,” a mini-workshop based on The Agile Fluency® Game.
We have had teams walk-away with roadmaps (their word) of practices that they thought would never be possible. This game provides space to air out polarized opinions e.g. TDD and walk away with consensus-built next steps.
