3 Boxes Canvas for Feedback
Why to use?
To gather feedback on the workshop for future improvement.
When to use?
At the end of a workshop (session) to get feedback from the attendees and to let the attendees reflect on their learnings.
How to use?
I. Preparation
1) Fill the canvas header:
a) Label Focus on with a white sticky note titled "Feedback".
b) Footer: add a legend with sticky notes in the corresponding color:
Green sticky notes: "Positive feedback"
Yellow sticky notes: "Criticism or improvement"
Blue sticky notes: "Key insight or task"
2. Assign titles to the three boxes using sticky notes with underlined text in the following colors:
a) Blue: "I do"
b) Green: "I like"
c) Yellow: "I wish"
II. Participant Input
3. Each attendee gives feedback on the workshop:
a) I do: what are the key learnings, take aways and / or todos?
b) I like: what was a positive experience?
c) I wish: what could have been done better, less, more, easier, faster, slower, etc.?
III. Discussion & Calibration
Engage the group in a dialogue about their feedback.
Based on the feedback, consider adjusting the workshop next time.
