I am Joe! I am a User Experience researcher with a background in sonic interaction design, digital health and workplace wellbeing. I am currently a User Researcher at Sage, where I lead the UX research for our Sage for Accountants products, this includes running usability studies, foundational research methods as well as mixed method analysis and playback/sharing of research findings.
