What Is Our Why?

This is a template for finding each person's purpose on a team and leveraging that purpose. To use this template:

1. Watch the video.

2. Give time for team members to use the sticky notes to answer Question 1.

3. Pause to discuss.

4. Use the same process to answer Questions 2-7.

Note: I like to hide the questions we are not answering, so that our team members don't get too far ahead of themselves.
