By sharing their present states of being, priorities, key achievements, reflections on how to improve, and practicing gratitude, teams can constantly evolve from week to week.
It can be used in a synchronous (i.e., check-in/out meetings) or asynchronous (i.e., remote and digital only) way, and usually, a 30-minute session will be enough for a team of 5-7 to share with each other.
