This board is intended to help teams, projects, programs, etc talk through how they currently work and how they can move the needle in being more agile in their ways of working.

Agile Coach and Scrum Master roles are great facilitators for this board but not limited to those roles. It helps to have the sections hidden as you go through each activity so folks stay focused.
