The purpose of this template is to have a clear vision of how your product of the past, present, and future is. It permits you to plan your next move and validate those disruptive ideas if they make sense for the product and user.

To fill the template, follow the next steps:

  1. Identify the tasks done by the user.

  2. Identify the features implemented.

  3. Identify the features that are in progress or the roadmap.

  4. Identify the features that are innovative or disruptive.

  5. Identify the innovative or disruptive features, which opportunities or solutions will help us achieve the Desired Outcome.

  6. Planned which features are candidates to be in the discovery plan for the next sprints.
