Video Game Retrospective

A video game themed retrospective template with a built-in quiz ice breaker. Format follows the typical retro with focus on iteration positives, negatives, future risks and team kudos.

Recommend spending between 90 minutes to 2 hours to run this retrospective.

Notes:

1. Run the quiz going through questions one at a time. Get the team to score themselves for a bit of fun to see who is the games master!

2. Get the teams to recommend or unrecommend games to get an idea of the team preferences/hobbies.

3. Review post-its in the 4 key areas and group them.

4. Cast votes on the raised topics

5. Discuss top X topics and add associated actions.

6. Rate the retro by adding the 1up next to the level that fits the retro quality.
