This activity will help document and organize any behavioral or usage data you have on your customers. From this, you may identify trends and patterns and come to a hypothesis.

What do I need?

  1. Analytics on your users. For example:

  2. Number of users interacting with your application

  3. Number of sessions those users create

  4. Screens or web pages that they visit

  5. Stakeholders

  6. Post-it notes or Miro Board

How do I proceed?

Gather and unpack analytics on customer usage and behavior:

  • Login

  • Percentage of task completion

  • Active users

  • Length of session

  • Customer engagement index
