Usability Hypothesis
What is a usability hypothesis?
A usability hypothesis consists on a statement that predicts how a change in the product’s design will deliver value to the user and improve the experience.
It addresses UI, UX, and CX aspects and predicts specific outcomes to guide the research process. These outcomes can be tested to be proven or disproven.
By formulating and testing hypotheses, UX designers can gain insights into user behavior and validate if the product meets user expectations in terms of navigation and usability.
Hypothesis don’t pose a question, but a prediction. So they should clearly specify the variables being tested and what the expected outcome should be.

Define your hypothesis: Use the template to formulate your hypothesis. Create a statement that is concise, relevant and actionable.
Test the hypothesis: Conduct the necessary research activities to gather the results.
Analyse and share results: After the research activity is completed, analyze how it performed. Go back to the template to register results and align on the next steps.
