Traction Bullseye


Based on the book by Gabriel Weinberg and Justin Mares, the Traction Bullseye framework is an exercise to validate customer acquisition channels for your new business model.

It is build into a five-step process of:

  1. Ideating on channels

  2. Evaluating possible success

  3. Choosing the first channel to validate

  4. Testing the first channel (not part of the workshop)

  5. Focussing on one channel that works (not part of the workshop)
