🛠️ How to Use the Template
✅ Step 1: Set Your Scope
Start by naming what you’re working on. Use a sticky note at the top of the board to capture:
Your brand, project, initiative, or campaign
Whether this is for visioning, strategy alignment, or impact mapping
🔁 Step 2: Follow the Emergent Flow
Move through the template in this specific sequence:
DREAMS – Emerging Futures
IMPACT – Systemic Influence
SEED CONDITIONS – Thrivability Foundations
GROWTH INITIATIVES – Strategic Actions
INTENDED OUTCOMES – Short-Term Effects
This order mirrors how regenerative systems unfold — from imagination to impact to practical action.
👥 Step 3: Collaborate (or Reflect Solo)
If you’re a solopreneur, go through each section yourself using sticky notes for responses.
If you’re in a team, assign one person to read the guiding notes aloud, then have everyone contribute sticky notes in response to the prompts.

Use the guiding note and questions provided in each section to guide your input.
1. DREAMS – Emerging Futures
What futures are you helping grow into being? • What could emerge beyond your plans? • What would future generations thank you for? • Whose visions are you uplifting?
2. IMPACT – Systemic Influence
What lasting difference are you contributing to? • What changes in systems, culture, or wellbeing are possible? • How are you supporting justice or regeneration? • What becomes more possible through your efforts?
3. SEED CONDITIONS – Thrivability Foundations
What must be in place for your work to grow? • What mindsets, resources, or relationships are essential? • How do you support wellbeing and team trust? • What ground are you planting this in?
4. GROWTH INITIATIVES – Strategic Actions
What will move you forward with purpose? • What actions are most impactful now? • Who do you need to involve? • How can growth remain aligned with your values?
5. INTENDED OUTCOMES – Short-Term Effects
What early signals show you’re on the right path? • What feedback or traction is emerging? • How are people engaging? • What results validate your direction?
🔄 Step 5: Zoom Out & Align
Once all five sections are filled:
Go left to right: Do your Seeds, Actions, and Outcomes serve your Impact and Dreams?
Then go right to left: Does your vision still resonate with what you’re prioritizing?
🗳️ Use Miro’s Voting Feature (for teams):
Let each person vote on 2–3 insights or actions they feel are most critical
Use voting to surface shared priorities or tensions

Use what you’ve uncovered to:
