What is Made Possible?

The Penny Game illustrates the impact of organizational constraints on workflow and highlights the relationship between batch size and cycle time. Through this interactive simulation, participants see how larger batch sizes lead to longer cycle times, emphasizing the importance of effective processes in creating sustainable value and more efficient outcomes.

This hands-on experience fosters discussions around optimizing throughput, reducing waste, and establishing appropriate constraints to enhance team performance. By visualizing these concepts in action, the Penny Game encourages participants to rethink their approach to work processes and collaboration, ultimately driving improvements in organizational efficiency and long-term value creation.
