The Cost of Multi-Tasking

This board demonstrates the detriment & cost of too much Multitasking. Multitasking is inevitable in many environments where we have demands coming in from several sources.

This will make people aware of the cost of it and open up the discussion to finding ways to minimize people's need to multitask.

One example might be Do not disturb me if I have headphones on or Do not disturb me if I am set to Do Not Disturb on Teams.

It will also make people think about prioritizing the incoming distractions to determine if something can wait until after the current bit of work in progress.
