Startup Company Culture Workshop

Welcome to the Culture Values Workshop Miro board! This template is designed to help startups create and define their culture values through an interactive session.

To get started, first introduce the concept of culture values to the group. Culture values are the beliefs, behaviors, and attitudes that shape the culture of an organization. They reflect the company's identity and guide its actions and decisions.

Next, create a space for the group to brainstorm and generate ideas for potential culture values. Encourage team members to think about the qualities and characteristics that they believe are important to the company's success and values.

Once you have a list of potential culture values, facilitate a discussion to narrow down the list and select the most important values. Consider asking questions like:

• What values align with the company's mission and vision?

• What values do team members believe are essential to the company's success?

• What values will help the company attract and retain top talent?

After the group has identified the top culture values, create a space for each value to be further defined and fleshed out. This could include creating a description of what the value means in practice, as well as examples of how it will be demonstrated within the company.

Finally, create a plan for how the culture values will be communicated and incorporated into the company's operations. This could include creating a culture values statement or manifesto, incorporating the values into onboarding and training materials, and ensuring that they are consistently demonstrated in the company's decision-making and interactions with customers, clients, and stakeholders.

Throughout the workshop, encourage team members to actively participate and contribute their ideas and perspectives. By creating a culture values statement together, the team can establish a shared sense of purpose and direction and create a culture that is aligned with the company's goals and values.
