This sea otter-themed brainstorming activity can be used as an icebreaker or team game to get your group comfortable with getting in a creative flow together. This activity is intended to create a safe space for innovating, generating ideas, and working together to solve a problem.

How to use the template

Divide into two groups. Appoint a leader in each group.
Give a pseudonym to yourself and write it down on the sticky.
Read to the sea otter prompt together, set a timer for 10 minutes, and generate and write down as many ideas as possible.
Then the groups exchange their sheets with ideas and discuss them in groups.
Set another timer for 15 minutes. Each person should vote on their top three favorite ideas.
The team leaders will count votes and reveal the winning ideas.
